The Deicken & Engels CNC milling machines DMU75 monoBLOCK from DMG MORI offer the possibility of 5-axis machining. This enables milling with a high degree of automation and without frequent reclamping. Due to high precision and traverse paths of X:750mm, Y:650mm Z:560mm, the DMU 75 is particularly suitable for complex components of medium size and can be used for single part production as well as for series production. The machines each have 60 tools with automatic changer and internal coolant supply. This makes the machines excellently suited for materials that are difficult to machine.
